You’ve been many joining our group-wide initiative to connect schools all over the world to the internet. After being online for a month, our mini game has been played more than 3000 times, the high scores getting higher and higher. We’re now converting these scores in to a donation for Unicef’s Giga initiative.

At Semicon Europa, Marco Fasel, Team Leader Industrialization at Comet, together with 3 other panelists will talk about exactly that – leveraging generational differences in the shifting workplace. Before joining the panel discussion, on November 15th, where participants will demonstrate how inclusive leadership is essential to building a diverse and sustainable workforce, we wanted to get a feel of what it is like to lead such a multi-generational team.
