No batteries, no mobility - whether we think of electric cars or mobile electronic devices.

June 23, 2021

They store energy over time and make it available exactly when you need it. With more, more powerful and longer-lasting batteries new challenges arise when it comes to safety.
A case of interest for Comet technologies.

Battery manufacturers are placing increasing emphasis to large-scale series testing and continuous improvement of their manufacturing processes. This is the only way to maintain the quality and reliability of products used in safety-sensitive segments, such as self-driving cars.

In the race for autonomous vehicles or ever more performant personal electronic devices, new types of batteries are constantly being developed. For each new invention aiming to improve safety and quality of life for the user, we want to be at the pulse. It's with this goal in mind that we are now proud members of Eurobat, the Association of European Automotive and Industrial Battery Manufacturers.

We are convinced that our expertise in X-Ray and RF Power can enable our forward-looking customers to tackle the most demanding feats in technology and be a great support to the entire Eurobat membership.

Batteries are set to play a greater role in the coming decade and innovation in this field is key to improve our lives in a world with finite resources. Let's do it together.
