The invitation with the agenda for the Annual Shareholder Meeting and the proposals of the Board of Directors was sent to shareholders and published in the Swiss Official Gazette of Commerce and on Comet's website on March 19, 2025.

Shareholders are entitled to vote if their name appears in the Companyʼs share register as of April 2, 2025 at 17.00 CEST.
