We would like to inform you that, effective March 30, 2026, Comet Yxlon GmbH has been renamed Comet Technologies Germany GmbH. Please note that this change applies to the company name only. The legal entity, organizational structure, and all existing contractual relationships will remain unchanged. 
 
This step creates a clear distinction between the company name of the legal entity and the product brands within our portfolio. In addition to our established X-ray and CT solutions, which will continue to be marketed under the Comet Yxlon brand, we will also offer software products under the Dragonfly brand. 
 
Dragonfly, with its core product Dragonfly 3D World, is an AI-supported software platform for image processing and analysis. It has been specifically developed for use in industrial testing processes as well as in scientific research applications. 
 
The clear separation between the company name and our product brands will also be reflected in our visual identity. With immediate effect, we will use the Comet logo in all official company communications, including letters, quotations, invoices, and contracts.
