Comet’s Yxlon becomes Comet Yxlon
May 02, 2022
As of September 8, Comet’s subsidiary Yxlon will change its name to Comet Yxlon and thus come under the Comet brand umbrella.
Yxlon is one of the leading manufacturers of high-end x-ray and computed tomography system solutions for industrial environments and has been part of the Comet since 2007. The renaming to Comet Yxlon reinforces the importance of the business for Comet and makes the long-standing connection to the parent company visible in the brand.
As a result, three business brands will now be united under the Comet umbrella, operating independently, but sharing a strong common DNA. Both Yxlon and Comet have always been “Led by experience. Driven by curiosity.” For decades, we have been propelled onward by a spirit of discovery and invention like few other companies. We are passionate about designing new solutions and love to break new ground in technology together with our customers. Our conviction is that innovation is an essential force for a better life in a world of limited resources.
This is us.
