The annual report 2023, including the compensation report, the sustainability report and auditor’s reports, is available on the website of Comet.
The invitation containing the agenda of the Annual Shareholder Meeting and the proposals of the Board of Directors to shareholders was sent to shareholders and published in the Swiss Official Gazette of Commerce and on the website of Comet on March 28th, 2024.
Shareholders are entitled to vote if their name appears in the Company’s share register as of April 11, 2024 at 5:00 p.m. CEST.
